Liability Insurance Requirements
- Independent Optometrists must have a minimum professional liability policy and general liability policy of $1 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate to complete a license agreement with Walmart.
- Independent Optometrists must have Walmart Inc. listed as an additional insured on the general liability policy.
